With over 40 years in Asia between them, Connie Jordan and Linda Currey have now returned to Arizona to set up a Chinese furniture and collectibles shop. Located in Black Canyon City, the shop is well stocked with a wide range of products from all over China.

The furniture is high quality and unique, with pieces coming from such areas of China as Ningbo, Shangdong, Shanghai, Fujian and Tibet. Some of the pieces currently in the showroom include a kitchen cabinet from Zhejiang, a cherry and red wood two door cabinet from Ningbo, a carved four door cabinet from Linhai, colorful Tibetan cabinets, and a carved four season (Scholar’s) cabinet. There are hundreds of pieces to view and each has been meticulously and lovingly restored.

There are additionally many, many beautiful trunks, ornately carved wooden chairs and vanities to view, with an especially unique mother of pearl inlaid vanity from Jiangsu. There are altar tables, screens and a spinning wheel converted into a coffee table.
The collectibles will intrigue and surprise you. How about a gilded baby cart from Zhejiang, an elm pitchfork from Shangdong, or an ornate Tibetan horn? You will also enjoy the array of antique fruit baskets, wooden water buckets, wooden statues, wedding baskets, jewelry boxes, porcelain, framed wooden carvings, peasant paintings, snuff bottles, chops and many more.

DIRECTIONS:
From Phoenix, take I-17 North to exit 242 (Black Canyon City exit). Turn left at stop sign, then right at next stop sign, which is Old Black Canyon Highway.
Ming and More is one mile down on the left, between 4B's restaurant and the Shell station.
